Climate control is holding steady at 77°F, there are no signs of moisture, pests, or forced entry, and the pool service has kept the lanai area in great shape. One irrigation sprinkler head at the front bed has a cracked cap and is on our radar — we've flagged it below and can coordinate a quick repair with your landscaper.
