Get a clear decision
Agree on the work before the work begins.
Turn a property issue into a clear proposal. Send the homeowner the scope, evidence, and estimate to review, then keep their decision beside the work. No guessing which version they approved.

What it does for you
Built around the real headaches of running a home watch route.
Put the scope in writing
Describe the work, exclusions, proposed timing, and selected equipment or vendor. Ask for permission without an estimate, or include an amount, currency, and your terms.
Send a review request, not a surprise invoice
Submitting a revision queues the homeowner's review email. The operator can see its delivery status and retry an eligible failure without creating a new proposal.
Keep the approved version intact
A decision applies to one submitted revision. Editing a draft does not rewrite the homeowner's receipt. Send a new revision when the scope changes.
Separate approval from completion
Track the work independently, record the completion summary and evidence, and deliberately choose what to share. Approval never charges a card or creates an invoice.
How it works
Three steps, start to finish.
Prepare the proposal from an issue
Open the issue, describe the proposed work, and select the evidence to share. Add an estimate only if you have billing-management permission.
Preview and send for review
Review the homeowner-facing revision before submitting it. NestWatch queues the review email and records the delivery outcome separately from the homeowner's decision.
Act on the decision and document the result
Review the approval, decline, or request for changes. Track progress, record completion, and handle any invoice separately using the agreed scope.
Plan availability: New proposals, estimates, and review requests are included on Pro and Business. An active downgrade to Solo preserves history, existing homeowner decisions, eligible email retries, and completion of existing work.
A decision the homeowner can make from their phone.
The review email opens the proposal in the homeowner portal. The homeowner can approve, decline, or request changes. Operators get an in-app notification and a versioned decision receipt.
