The to-do list that knows your business

Task management for everything between visits.

Calls to make, supplies to pick up, vendors to chase. Create one-off or recurring tasks, manage future work as a series, and keep a CRM-friendly history of every client and property interaction.

What it does for you

Built around the real headaches of running a home watch route.

Every loose end in one list

The pool-tech call, the filter pickup, the proposal email, each logged with a due date, a priority, and a category. The between-visit work stops living in your head and on sticky notes.

Routine work repeats itself

Turn any new task into a daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, annual, or custom-month series. NestWatch keeps one open occurrence ready instead of flooding your list with months of duplicates.

Change the series, not its history

Edit the title, cadence, next date, time, assignee, property, or vendor for future occurrences. Pause, resume, or end the series while the current task and completed history stay unchanged.

Client requests with clear ownership

Homeowner service requests land in Tasks & Requests > Client Requests, not in a general inbox. Move each one from New through Accepted, Scheduled, In progress, and Completed; keep private notes, post homeowner updates, reply, and open the linked follow-up task.

Tied to the record it belongs to

Link a task to a property, homeowner, vendor, issue, or visit. Open that property later and the task is right there in context. Finishing it closes the loop where the work actually lives.

Due today, front and center

The My Tasks card on your dashboard shows what's due, overdue, and coming up. Check items off right there. On a team, each person sees their own list.

A CRM-friendly customer history

Each homeowner and property has one internal timeline for calls, emails, meetings, proposals, renewal conversations, notes, visits, messages, billing, issues, and service requests. Linked task completions can be added with the optional Log to customer activity checkbox.

Suggestions you can accept or ignore

NestWatch suggests tasks from what's already happening in your workspace, like following up on a stalled issue, and never creates one for you. Accept to prefill the form, or dismiss it for good.

How it works

Three steps, start to finish.

1

Capture it once

Add a task with its first due date, optional time, priority, and linked record. Keep it one-off or choose how often it should repeat.

2

Manage future work

Give the task to yourself or a teammate. For a recurring series, change future details, pause it, resume it, or end it without rewriting completed history.

3

Keep the full context

Check work off from the dashboard or Tasks page, and use the homeowner or property's Activity tab to log a conversation or review the dated history behind the relationship.

Plan availability: One-off and recurring tasks, series controls, customer activity history, the My Tasks dashboard card, and task suggestions are included on every plan. Syncing tasks to Google Calendar and assigning tasks across a team are available on Pro and Business (team seats).
