Know the home

The right equipment details. Before the service call.

Keep models, serial numbers, warranties, private manuals, and emergency instructions with the property. Give your team a useful record of the home, not another folder to hunt through.

What it does for you

Built around the real headaches of running a home watch route.

Answer the first questions a technician asks

Record equipment type, location, manufacturer, model, serial number, and purchase or installation dates. Keep photos and private manuals with the equipment.

Know where the warranty stands

Store the provider, contact details, expiration date, and supporting warranty documents. Coverage depends on the actual warranty terms, not just the date in a record.

Connect the record to the work

Link issues, one-off tasks, recurring tasks, and proposals to the equipment they concern. Review those linked records without assembling a history from messages.

Preserve what the team learned

Archive replaced equipment without deleting its linked history. Store home-wide emergency contacts and procedures separately from instructions for a specific unit.

How it works

Three steps, start to finish.

1

Build the equipment record

Open the property's Equipment tab. Add a clear name, location, and identifying details. Attach the photos and manuals your operators need.

2

Add warranty and emergency context

Record warranty information and equipment-specific instructions. Use the property's Overview tab for home-wide emergency contacts, shutoff locations, and procedures.

3

Link the follow-through

Create a task or recurring task for routine work. Link an issue when something needs attention. Pro and Business can also prepare a homeowner proposal from the issue.

Plan availability: Equipment, warranties, private manuals, and emergency records are included on Solo, Pro, and Business. New work proposals and homeowner approval requests require Pro or Business.

Make the next visit easier for the whole team.

Property-wide emergency records and equipment-specific instructions give authorized operators context before they act. These internal records are not automatically shared with homeowners or vendors.
