Paying your invoice: common questions

How secure payments are, which methods you can use, and how to keep a record.

Is paying online secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a trusted payments provider. Your card details are entered in Stripe's secure checkout, so neither NestWatch nor your home watch provider ever sees your full card number.

What can I pay with?

You can pay straight from your portal with whichever is easiest for you:

  • A credit or debit card.
  • A bank account transfer.

Will I have a record of my payment?

Once your payment goes through, the invoice is marked Paid in your portal. You can download the invoice PDF and a separate payment receipt whenever you need them.

How does automatic payment work?

For eligible recurring packages, you can save a card in the portal and enable automatic payment when your provider has also enabled it. The portal shows the card brand, last four digits, expiration, and any warning that the card is expiring or a charge was declined. Use Replace card to update it securely through Stripe.

Why does my invoice mention occupancy?

Your service plan may pause routine visits or recurring billing while the home is occupied. An occupancy note records why the invoice or service period changed. Contact your home watch provider if the dates do not match your plans.

Something doesn't look right?

If an amount or a charge looks off, reach out to your home watch provider directly. They manage your invoices and can answer questions, make changes, or help with a refund if needed.
