On Pro and Business you can add your logo so the portal and reports look like your company, not ours.

The Business settings page with company name, logo upload, and brand details.
Open Settings → Business to upload your logo and set your company name, and it flows into the portal and every report.
  1. Open Settings and select the Business tab.
  2. Upload your logo and confirm your company name and details.
  3. Save. Your next report and the homeowner portal show your branding automatically.
Tip · Branded reports and a branded portal are available on Pro and Business.
