A recurring rule is the standing instruction that holds the cadence, property, and next-due date. It lives in the Recurring schedules manager (Inspections → Recurring schedules). An inspection record is the individual visit the rule generates each cycle — it's what you open and run on-site. Editing the rule changes future generation; it does not change records already created.

Where do I manage all my recurring rules?

Open Inspections from the sidebar and click Recurring schedules. The manager lists every active and paused rule across your portfolio. Search by property name, filter by property, status, or cadence, then choose the sort order. Use the actions menu on a row to pause, resume, edit, or cancel a rule.
