Track to-dos with Tasks
Capture calls, errands, and follow-ups, link them to properties and issues, and work them from the dashboard.

Tasks track the work that happens between visits: the pool-tech call, the filter pickup, the proposal you promised a homeowner. Open Tasks from the checklist icon in the top bar, or work straight from the My Tasks card on your dashboard.

- Click New task and give it a title, and optionally notes, a due date, a priority (Low / Normal / High), and a category (Call, Email, Errand, Supplies, or Other).
- Link it to the record it belongs to — a property, homeowner, vendor, issue, or visit — so it shows up in context on that record's page too.
- On a team, pick an assignee. Each person's dashboard shows their own My Tasks card with what's due, overdue, and coming up.
- Check tasks off from the dashboard or the Tasks page. Completed tasks keep their history.
Suggested tasks
NestWatch also suggests tasks based on what's already happening in your workspace, like following up on an issue that's been open a while. Suggestions are just that: accepting one prefills the new-task form for you to review, and dismissing one removes it for good. NestWatch never adds a task to your list on its own.
Digest and calendar options
- Daily task digest — an optional morning email with what's due and overdue. Turn it on per person in Settings → Notifications; it's off by default.
- Google Calendar — on Pro and Business, teammates who've connected Google Calendar can turn on task sync in Settings → Calendar so dated tasks appear alongside synced visits.
