Assign a vendor to fix an issue
Manage vendors and assign them to resolve a problem (Pro and Business).

On Pro and Business you can keep a list of vendors and assign one to handle a repair, then track it through to completion, all without leaving NestWatch.
- Open Vendors from the sidebar and add the contractors you work with.
- Open an issue and choose Assign Vendor, then pick who should handle it.
- Track it on the issue until you mark it resolved, and the assignment is part of the timeline.
Tip · Vendor management and assignment are available on Pro and Business. Issue and condition tracking itself is included on every plan.
