AI report credits and what happens if you run out
How the monthly credit pool works and your options when it's empty.

Each plan includes a monthly pool of AI report credits (50 on Solo, 200 on Pro, and 500 on Business), and one credit covers generating a report draft for a visit.
If you reach your monthly limit, you can still log visits and write reports manually; the AI drafting simply pauses until your credits reset next month or you upgrade. Credits reset every billing cycle.
Tip · Need more headroom every month? Upgrading to a higher plan raises your credit pool immediately, and unused credits don't roll over.
