During a visit you tap through a checklist and take photos of anything notable. When you're done, NestWatch's AI turns those facts into a clear, formatted summary written for the homeowner. You always review and edit it before it's sent. The AI gives you a strong first draft, not a black box you have to trust blindly.

1. Complete your inspection checklist and photos in the field app.
2. Tap Generate AI Report and NestWatch writes a homeowner-ready summary from your data.
3. Edit anything you like, then send it to the homeowner portal.
