On Pro and Business you can customize the AI's voice and prompts so the wording matches how you talk to your homeowners: warmer, more formal, more concise, whatever fits your brand.

The Templates page with the AI Prompt Versions tab.
Open Templates and switch to the AI Prompt Versions tab to set the voice the AI writes in.
  1. Open Templates and select the AI Prompt Versions tab.
  2. Edit the active prompt to describe the tone you want, then save it.
  3. Generate your next report, and new drafts use the updated voice right away.
Tip · Voice and prompt customization is available on Pro and Business plans.
