Customize the AI's voice and prompts
Make reports sound like your company (Pro and Business).

On Pro and Business you can customize the AI's voice and prompts so the wording matches how you talk to your homeowners: warmer, more formal, more concise, whatever fits your brand.
- Open Reports, then select Report templates.
- Select the AI Prompt Versions tab.
- Edit the active prompt to describe the tone you want, then save it.
- Generate your next report, and new drafts use the updated voice right away.
Tip · Voice and prompt customization is available on Pro and Business plans on desktop and mobile. On a phone, open the main menu first, then expand Reports to find Report templates.
