Add a homeowner
Create a client record and connect them to their home.

- Open Homeowners from the sidebar and click Add Homeowner.
- Enter their name, email, and phone number.
- Click Save, then link them to one or more properties.
Tip · The email address is how they receive their secure portal link, so double-check it's correct.
Importing your client list
If your clients are already in a spreadsheet, document, or photo, click Import from file next to Add Homeowner and AI turns it into homeowner records you review before anything is saved. Clients whose email matches an existing record are flagged as likely duplicates, and each file parse uses one AI credit.
