What homeowners see in the portal
Home status, reports, photos, shared issue updates, service requests, messages, and invoices.
Last updated August 27, 2026
Your homeowner portal is a secure place to see your home's status. Open your secure link to see a summary and photos from the latest visit, proof that your home is being watched. A green All Clear means no current problem needs attention; a red Needs Attention banner means a report flag or open issue needs review.

- The latest report and a clear status summary.
- Photo galleries from recent visits.
- History with older inspection reports and downloadable Proof of Visit records when verification is available.
- Open and resolved issues, plus a dated activity timeline of updates your home watch team intentionally shared.
- Choose Acknowledge update beneath an important shared update to tell your home watch team you received it. The portal replaces the button with an Acknowledged date and time.
- An acknowledgement is a receipt for that update. It does not approve work, change the issue status, close the issue, or send a message.
- Your message history with the home watch team.
- Service requests with their own details, status, replies, and homeowner-visible activity.
- Invoices grouped by payment status, with downloadable PDFs, receipts for paid invoices, and a Pay Now button.
Your secure access
The secure link from your provider establishes a trusted session on that device. After the first visit, you can return at nestwatch.ai/portal without keeping the private email link. If you use more than one property with the same provider, use the property switcher at the top of the portal.
For one-tap access, add the portal to your phone or tablet home screen. On iPhone or iPad, open the portal in Safari, tap Share, and choose Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
Text message preferences
If your provider offers text updates, the portal lets you opt in to inspection updates, scheduling reminders, and billing notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
Occupancy and visit notes
Your provider may track when the home is occupied or unoccupied so routine visits and recurring billing follow your service agreement. If an invoice includes an occupancy note, it explains a pause or adjustment tied to those dates. Contact your provider if the dates or charge do not look right.
