Connect Google Calendar and sync your visits
Push your scheduled NestWatch visits to Google Calendar so they sit alongside the rest of your day. Each teammate connects their own account and changes flow through automatically.

Google Calendar sync is a Pro and Business feature that pushes your scheduled NestWatch visits to your Google Calendar automatically. Your route sits right next to the rest of your day, and each teammate connects their own Google account so they only see the visits assigned to them.

Connect your calendar
- Open Settings and go to the Calendar tab.
- Click Connect Google Calendar and sign in with your Google account.
- Choose which of your calendars should receive NestWatch visits.
- Optionally turn on Include unassigned visits if you want visits with no assigned teammate to appear on your calendar too.

How the sync works
- Sync is one-way: NestWatch pushes visits to Google Calendar. NestWatch stays the source of truth for your schedule, so editing an event in Google Calendar won't change the visit in NestWatch.
- New visits appear on your calendar automatically once you're connected. Reschedule a visit in NestWatch and the calendar event updates to match.
- By default each teammate only sees visits assigned to them. Turn on Include unassigned visits in your calendar settings to also receive visits that have no assigned teammate.
- Cancel a visit in NestWatch and the calendar event is removed.
Disconnect your calendar
Open Settings → Calendar and click Disconnect. NestWatch removes all calendar events it created and stops syncing immediately. No new events will be created after that point.
