Connect QuickBooks Online and sync invoices
Link QuickBooks Online and your NestWatch invoices and payments flow into your books automatically. No spreadsheet exports, no double entry, and your books stay current.

QuickBooks accounting sync is a Pro and Business feature. Once you link your QuickBooks Online company, invoices and payments you create in NestWatch flow into your books automatically. Month's end becomes a quick review instead of a data-entry session.
Connect QuickBooks Online
- Open Settings and go to the Accounting tab.
- Click Connect QuickBooks Online and sign in to your QuickBooks account.
- Authorize NestWatch to access your company data. You'll be returned to NestWatch once the connection is established.
- Choose which invoice statuses should sync to your books (for example, sent and paid).
- Set a default income account and, if applicable, a default tax rate.
Tip · Desktop-only editions of QuickBooks aren't supported. The sync connects to QuickBooks Online.
How the sync works
- Sync is one-way: NestWatch sends invoices and payments to QuickBooks Online. NestWatch stays the source of truth for billing, so changes in QuickBooks don't flow back.
- New invoices and recorded payments sync automatically as they happen.
- You can pause syncing at any time from the Accounting settings without disconnecting your account.
Disconnect QuickBooks
Open Settings → Accounting and click Disconnect. New invoices and payments stop syncing immediately. Your existing QuickBooks records are not affected.
