Welcome to NestWatch: what it does and how it fits together
A quick tour of how properties, homeowners, visits, reports, and the portal work together.

NestWatch is home watch software built around the field visit. You manage the homes you watch (Properties), the clients who own them (Homeowners), and the visits you run on-site (Inspections). After a visit, NestWatch drafts a homeowner-ready report with AI, and your client sees it in a secure portal, with no app to install and no password to remember.
The core pieces
- Properties: the homes you watch, each tied to one or more homeowners.
- Homeowners: your clients, each with a private portal link.
- Inspections: the visits you run, with a room-by-room checklist and photos.
- Reports: AI-drafted summaries you review and send after each visit.
- Issues: problems you flag that stay open across visits until resolved.
- Invoices: bills your homeowners can pay right from their portal.
- Tasks: your to-dos between visits (calls, errands, follow-ups), with a My Tasks card on the dashboard.
- Start My Day: a day planner that turns today's visits into an ordered driving route.
The typical flow
- Add a property and the homeowner who owns it.
- Run a visit: tap through the checklist and snap photos.
- Generate an AI report draft, review it, and send it.
- The homeowner opens their portal link to see the report, photos, and any invoice.
