Message a homeowner
Send a note that shows up in their portal.

You can message a homeowner directly from NestWatch. Messages appear in their portal and can be delivered by email, and by SMS on Pro and Business.
- Open Homeowners from the sidebar, choose the homeowner, and click Send message.
- Choose email or SMS when available, type your note, and send.
- It lands in their portal and is delivered by email (and SMS on Pro and Business).
Tip · SMS delivery is a Pro and Business feature. Email messaging is available on every plan.
