Choose what you're notified about and how often.

Open Settings → Notifications to control which events notify you (new messages, paid invoices, service requests, team activity) and whether you get them instantly or batched into a digest.

  • Toggle each event type on or off.
  • Switch between instant and digest delivery.
  • Optionally add SMS alerts to your own phone (Pro and Business).
