Message multiple homeowners at once
Select properties, compose one email or text, and review exactly what sent or was skipped.

Use a bulk message when the same update needs to reach several homeowners. You choose the properties, review one message, and NestWatch sends it separately to each eligible homeowner.
Tip · Bulk messages are sent individually, not as a group email. Homeowners do not see one another's addresses or replies.
Choose the recipients
- Open Properties from the sidebar and switch to list view.
- Use search and filters to narrow the list if needed.
- Select the property rows you want. The selection toolbar shows how many are selected.
- Choose Message homeowners.
Tip · Selection applies to the rows on the current page. Changing the search, filters, sort, or page clears the selection so a hidden property is never included by mistake.
Compose and send
- Choose Email or Text message. Email is selected by default; texting is available on Pro and Business.
- Write the subject and message. Use the available personalization tags instead of manually editing the same message for each homeowner.
- Review the recipient estimate and any properties that will be skipped.
- Choose Send to deliver the message.
If the same homeowner owns several selected properties, NestWatch sends that homeowner one copy. A property without a reachable homeowner is skipped rather than stopping the whole batch.
Check the result
After the send, the results show how many messages were sent, skipped, or failed, with a per-property explanation. Review skipped and failed rows before clearing the results so you know who still needs another contact method.
Tip · For text messages, NestWatch shows how many homeowners are ready before you send. Missing mobile numbers, consent requirements, and opt-outs can make a property ineligible for SMS.
