Link a homeowner to a property

Connect a client to a home so they see its reports and photos.

A homeowner only sees a property's reports, photos, and invoices once they're linked to it. You can link a homeowner from either the property's detail page or the homeowner's detail page.

Open a property and use the homeowner panel to link a client. Use the same control to change or add a homeowner later.
  1. Open the property from Properties (or open the client from Homeowners).
  2. In the homeowner panel, choose Link a homeowner and pick the client.
  3. Save. They can now see this home's reports, photos, and invoices in their portal.
  • A property can have one or more homeowners (e.g. a couple).
  • A homeowner can own several properties, and they switch between them in the portal.
