How many properties can I manage?

Property limits per plan and what happens at the limit.

  • Solo covers up to 30 properties.
  • Pro covers up to 100 properties.
  • Business is unlimited.

Open Settings → Plan & billing to compare your current property count with your plan limit.

There's no per-property charge within your plan's limit; you pay one flat monthly price. If you reach your limit, you can upgrade at any time and all your data stays exactly where it is.
