Read a property's At a Glance summary
What the key-insight cards at the top of a property page mean, and what to do when one turns amber.

Every property's page opens with an At a Glance strip: a row of key-insight cards that answers "is this home okay, and is its account okay?" before you scroll into the details.
- Last visit: how long since the property was last checked, and whether that visit was verified on-site.
- Open issues: how many issues are open and the highest severity among them.
- Compliance: whether the home is inside its required visit interval for insurance (on Pro and Business, when a required interval is set).
- Billing: open invoices and the amount outstanding for this property.
- Monthly revenue: what the property brings in, from its active recurring schedule or its billing plan.
Below the cards, a 12-month visit-cadence chart and an issues opened-vs-resolved trend show the longer arc, and an activity pulse notes the last report sent, last message, and last payment. When something needs attention, say issues have sat open for more than 30 days, a callout appears with a shortcut to the right place.
Tip · The cards are computed live from the property's own records, so clearing the underlying item (completing a visit, resolving the issue, collecting the invoice) updates the card immediately.
